Bay National swings to loss of $776,000
Bay National Corp., the holding company for Bay National Bank, swung to a second-quarter loss of $776,000, or 36 cents a share, from a profit of $622,000, or 28 cents a share, in the corresponding period last year. The bank, which has offices in Baltimore and on the Eastern Shore, said it remains "well-capitalized" by regulatory standards and has received a commitment for up to $6 million in credit.
