•Glass Jacobson announced that Gary Anderson joined the Owings Mills-based wealth management firm as a wealth planning specialist. Formerly with GRA Financial Advisors, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland State Bar Association.

Health care
•Oak Crest Village named Louis A. Maranto as director of sales and marketing for the Parkville retirement community. Formerly with the Baltimore Sun Media Group and USA Today, the Hampstead resident serves on the board of the Associated Catholic Charities of Baltimore.

Hospitality and tourism
•Hilton Baltimore, the city's newest hotel, announced the selection of Christian Gallice as its executive chef. Formerly with the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, he will now direct the staffs of the hotel's two restaurants, Diamond Tavern and The Lobby Bar.

Professional services
•Cannon Design named Richard F. Williams as associate vice president of the Baltimore architectural and engineering planning firm. He is a design team member and project manager for facility projects worldwide.

•Associated Administrators LLC appointed James Patrick Tierney as vice president and director of accounts for the Sparks headquartered third-party administrator of employee benefits. A resident of Bel Air, he is a certified employee benefits specialist and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.
