It's time to eat collard greens. Brad Knatz of Uniontown, who writes that he's been a vegetable gardener for 20 years, shared his recipe for Southern Collard Greens. He calls the recipe, in which fresh greens are slow-cooked with molasses and brown sugar and topped with bacon, "a great old Southern recipe for folks who have never tried collard greens."
