Update on Ruth Rhymaun
Ruth Rhymaun of Bel Air tries chef Lisa Hardiman's Salmon Cakes With Lemon Dressing. Hardiman develops menus for the area's Let's Dish! shops. (Sun photo by Kenneth K. Lam / February 5, 2008)
We caught up with Ruth Rhymaun after our makeover session to see how the family was eating. Here's what she had to say:
"We had the fish that Lisa had put together while you were there. It was good: Martin, Willow and I enjoyed it. Lucas said he still prefers sushi (he's three and quite precocious). As for the recipe for the pork tenderloin with apricot glaze, we all liked it very much. I prepared it exactly as Lisa had suggested but will look for an alternative method of preparation for this dish because we have eliminated all high fructose corn syrup from our diets and the apricot jelly is almost entirely high fructose corn syrup."
