Police reports in Baltimore city and county

BALTIMORE CITY

Eastern Baltimore

Rape A girl, 15, reported she was walking in the 2500 block of Harford Road about 3 a.m. Saturday when a man enticed her into a nearby alley next to railroad tracks and raped her while threatening to cut her with an unknown sharp object. After the attack, the girl went to a nearby house, and the residents called police. The girl was treated at Mercy Medical Center. Anyone with information is asked to call the district at 410-396-2433.

Assault A woman, 18, and a man known to her were arguing over fish in the woman's house in the 1600 block of N. Wolfe St. on Saturday when the man stabbed the woman in the neck and chest with a knife. The victim was reported in serious condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The man was being sought.

Assault A woman, 24, was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital after she was stabbed in the left hand, chest and an arm by a relative during an argument Saturday night in their home in the 700 block of E. Biddle St. The accused, Elicia Wilkens, 47, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Theft Someone broke into a 2006 Toyota Corolla parked in an alley in the 1500 block of E. Lafayette Ave. on Sunday and stole a wallet, keys and a cell phone.

Stolen vehicle A blue 1988 Oldsmobile with tags 351 6L6 was stolen over the weekend in the 2900 block of E. Monument St.

Southern Baltimore

Robbery A man, 50, was walking in the 1100 block of James St. about noon Monday when he was assaulted by two men who robbed him of his wallet containing only paper.

Burglary/arrest Police responding to a burglary in progress in the 1200 block of Sergeant St. about 9 p.m. Sunday entered the dwelling and arrested a man as he attempted to steal copper wiring. Charged with burglary and theft was Robert Kemp, 29, of the 400 block of S. Smallwood St.

Theft After two young Pennsylvania women invited two men to their room at the Intercontinental Hotel in the 500 block of Light St. early Monday for drinks, they awoke hours later and discovered the men and a laptop computer, a purse, $600 and a computer bag were gone.

Southeastern Baltimore

Theft A navigational system was stolen Monday from a 2001 Honda CRV parked in the 2400 block of Boston St.

Assault Police were seeking the occupants of a car who stopped another vehicle in the 100 block of S. President St. about 2 a.m. Monday and assaulted the driver. The victim sustained head lacerations and was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Assault Two men in their mid-20s were standing outside a car parked in the 3000 block of O'Donnell St. about 2:40 a.m. Monday when one of three men in a passing sport utility vehicle fired at least one shot from a shotgun at them. No injuries were reported and no arrests were made.

Stolen vehicle A green 1997 Toyota Camry with Ohio tags was stolen between Oct. 3 and Sunday in the 3200 block of Fleet St.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

Essex

Burglary Copper valued at $200 was stolen between Oct. 1 and Sunday from the rear yard of a house in the 1100 block of Red Line Road.

Towson

Burglary A diamond ring, a digital camera and a cell phone were stolen Monday from an apartment in the 6600 block of English Oak Road.

Cockeysville

Home-invasion/robbery Police were seeking three men, all wearing Halloween masks and two armed with shotguns, who forced their way into an apartment in the first block of Windmill Chase in Sparks about 10 p.m. Friday and robbed the 21-year-old male occupant of a watch, an iPod and coins. The victim reported the incident Monday.

White Marsh

Burglary Someone broke into a BGE facility in the 9700 block of Belair Road through a fence between Friday and Monday and stole $5,000 worth of copper wire.

Pikesville

Burglary Two purses were stolen Monday from Treasure House in the 9100 block of Reisterstown Road by someone who entered through a front window.
