Thefts A navigational system valued at $300 was stolen Wednesday from a 2008 Honda parked in a garage in the first block of Frederick St. At the same location that day, someone broke into a 2004 Jeep Cherokee and stole a laptop computer, an iPod, an iPod charger, a pair of sunglasses and 12 compact discs. Total value of the property was $1,330.Theft A 2005 Tri-Cross bike valued at $2,000, with serial number P54N41871, was stolen Aug. 26 or Aug. 27 from outside Peabody Institute at Mount Vernon Place.
Stolen vehicle A white four-door 1992 Chrysler with tags GBH N33 was stolen Tuesday in the 1100 block of Myrtle Ave. The theft was reported Wednesday.

Southern Baltimore
Robbery A man, 46, was riding a bike near Eagle and South Monroe streets about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday when a younger man, implying he was armed with a handgun, forced him from the bike and rode off. The bike was valued at $1,000.Theft Someone entered a 2001 Ford Taurus parked in the 200 block of Penn St. on Tuesday and stole tools, keys and a checkbook.
Theft Police were seeking the person who entered an office at CDM in the 1600 block of Wicomico St. on Tuesday and stole more than $1,000.
Burglary Someone broke into a house in the 1200 block of Hollins St. through a rear door between Sept. 21 and Tuesday and stole three stoves, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, light fixtures and four air conditioners.
Burglary Video games and several accessories were stolen Monday or Tuesday from a house in the 3200 block of Gulfport St. by someone who entered through a front window.
Southeastern Baltimore
Burglary A 40-inch-screen TV valued at $1,650 was stolen Wednesday from a house in the 100 block of N. Decker Ave. by someone who broke in through a rear door.Robbery A woman was about to enter her home in the 1300 block of Bonsal St. about 3 p.m. Wednesday when a woman stopped her and said she was from a hospital and needed to review the woman's health records. Once in the house, the woman pushed the victim and robbed her of an undisclosed sum of money. Before fleeing, the impostor ripped a telephone from a wall. The victim was not injured.
Baltimore Co. – Essex
False report After police investigated a report by an 18-year-old female student at Community College of Baltimore County at Essex that she was assaulted by three other females on the school's parking lot Tuesday afternoon in an alleged racial incident, police determined her complaint was false. Police said no charges were filed against the student.White Marsh
Burglary Seventy digital video discs, 10 compact discs and $1 were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 5700 block of Van Dyke Road by someone who entered through a basement window.Baltimore Co.- Franklin
Burglary A pellet gun, cash, a diamond ring and a set of pearls were stolen Wednesday from the master bedroom of a house in the 600 block of Piper Road by someone who broke in through a window.Burglary At least 30 used auto battery cores, each valued at $10, were stolen Tuesday or Wednesday from a shed at Reisterstown Auto Parts on Westminster Road.

Burglary A .38-caliber Colt revolver, a digital camera, a safe and a cell phone were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 4800 block of Hawksbury Road by someone who entered through a basement door.Baltimore Co. – Wilkens
Burglary A computer, a revolver and a pellet gun were stolen Wednesday from a storage room of a house in the 100 block of Ridge Ave. by someone who climbed onto a roof and entered through an upper-story window. Total value of the property was $3,300.Burglary Someone broke into a house in the 2000 block of Alabama Ave. in Baltimore Highlands through a window between Sept. 17 and Wednesday and removed two rifles from a gun cabinet in the basement. The rifles were valued together at $1,300.
