Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Victim identified Police yesterday identified Samuel Bobrow, 30, as the man shot Friday morning in the 3100 block of Brighton St. He died five hours later at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrest had been made.

Suspect extradited A woman charged in the fatal shooting May 17 of Valerie Barnes, 18, in a house in the 800 block of Pontiac Ave. was extradited Friday from a San Antonio jail and is being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center. Herlinda Rodolfo, 24, was arrested about two weeks ago in Texas and was being held there on a warrant charging her in Barnes' death until she returned to Baltimore in the custody of the city's Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force. Barnes was shot multiple times about 6 p.m. May 17 and died hours later at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. A motive was not known.

Shooting Police continue to seek the occupants of a Chevrolet sedan who fired several shots into another vehicle in the 1000 block of Russell St. about 2 a.m. Saturday, hitting the driver in the head, a passenger in the right leg and another passenger in the left leg. The driver sustained a graze wound and refused medical treatment. The other victims were each treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Robbery/shooting A man, 34, was walking in the 3600 block of Woodlea Ave. about 12:30 a.m. yesterday when at least two men left a sport utility vehicle and demanded his money. After the victim threw $200 to the ground and turned to flee, one of the men shot him in the left arm and stomach before he and his accomplice drove off. The victim was in good condition at a hospital.

Burglary A 2007 Kawasaki all-terrain vehicle, a miter saw and a chain were stolen from a shed in the 8100 block of Duvall Ave. early Monday. Police said all the property was recovered near the scene, but no arrest had been made.

Theft Someone entered Tobacco Center in the 1500 block of Merritt Blvd. on Saturday and stole a cell phone valued at $400.

Burglary A computer, a ferret and a lizard were stolen between June 10 and Monday from a house in the 16000 block of Hereford Road in Monkton while the occupants were away.
